Frolian Turcios Perdoma, a 24-year-old male, tragically lost his life on March 16, 2017, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred at the Retreat at McAlpine Creek apartment complex along Fishers Farm Lane. According to reports, the victim was involved in a robbery-shooting at the apartment complex. The perpetrators kicked in the apartment door and committed an armed robbery, during which something prompted them to shoot and kill Frolian. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
