Mark Edward Rice, a 54-year-old Caucasian male from Raleigh, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on July 1, 2016. Mark was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and had served in Operation Desert Storm. He was born in Virginia to Cecil and Linda Rice, who currently reside in Cary, North Carolina.
