Jaquan Manchezor Rodman, a 23-year-old man from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, was tragically found dead on November 17, 2015. His body was discovered along U.S. Highway 52 after a driver reported seeing it on the side of the road. Evidence at the scene indicated that Rodman had suffered at least one gunshot wound.
