Gary Lamont Robbins, a 26-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on February 10, 2007, in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. On that fateful night, around 9 PM, first responders were dispatched to an accident at the intersection of Rex Street and Vance Street. Upon arrival, they discovered a van that had crashed.
