Keichell Cardell, an 18-year-old female from Toledo, Ohio, tragically passed away on December 18, 2022. She was a graduate of Whitmer High School and was known for her kindness and love for basketball. Keichell was the oldest daughter, granddaughter, and sibling, and she will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
