Keith B. Jackson, a 22-year-old male from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life on October 26, 2022. Jackson was shot inside a home located on East 149th Street in Cleveland's Mount Pleasant neighborhood. The incident led to a manhunt for the suspect, Devonte Finley, a 29-year-old with a history of prior convictions for theft, assault, and weapons charges.
