Giacumo Desoto, a 33-year-old man from Youngstown, was tragically found shot to death on September 29, 2022, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was discovered on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds next to his motorcycle on the 12700 block of Signet Avenue. Despite the efforts of officers who rendered aid and transported him to the hospital, Desoto succumbed to his injuries.
