Damarion Raheem Dawson, a 19-year-old Black male from Columbus, Ohio, tragically lost his life on April 23, 2022. He was found unresponsive and lying in the grass at Nafzger Park, located on Noe-Bixby Road. Despite the immediate medical aid provided by the officers and subsequent life-saving efforts at the hospital, Damarion succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at 7:07 pm.
