Ashante James Dortch, a 27-year-old man from Cleveland, OH, was tragically shot to death on September 21, 2021. The incident occurred in an apartment complex on North Moreland Boulevard in the Buckeye-Shaker neighborhood. According to preliminary information from the Cleveland Division of Police, Dortch and the suspect knew each other.
