Tavarus Ellis, a 28-year-old man from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life on April 3, 2021. He was shot in the face at the Kinsman Party Center on Cleveland's east side around 3:30 a.m. According to witnesses, the incident may have been triggered by a road rage incident where Ellis allegedly drove his car into another vehicle, leading to an argument.
