Felisa Vanessa Tremble, a 53-year-old woman from Cincinnati, OH, tragically passed away on September 9, 2020. She was found shot near the corner of Linn and Oliver streets in the West End neighborhood and was later pronounced dead at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
