Brandon Cutnoe, a 19-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on July 23, 2019, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was found fatally shot inside the Cleveland Public Library's South Brooklyn Branch. When police arrived at the scene, they discovered Cutnoe with multiple gunshot wounds inside a bathroom.
