Marquise Antwaun Lanier, a 23-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on May 8, 2019, in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred around 2:25 a.m. when Columbus Police Officers responded to a report of a shooting at 807 Fairwood Avenue.
