Brandon Lamar Treharn, a 30-year-old African American man from Youngstown, OH, tragically lost his life on November 15, 2017. He was found dead after a shooting incident in the 900 block of Pasadena Avenue off South Avenue. Witnesses reported hearing seven to eight shots before seeing a man lying in the street and another individual running away. Brandon succumbed to his injuries, while Chad Marshall, 38, who was also hit, survived with a shoulder injury.
