Mark Cleveland, a 65-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Warren, Ohio, tragically died on October 17, 2016. He was shot in the leg by Jimmie Stella, who fired several shots into Cleveland's house on Bane Street in Warren Township. Cleveland succumbed to blood loss at the scene.
