On September 12, 2016, Brian Carter, a 30-year-old man from Oregon, OH, tragically died after being shot during a family argument. The incident occurred at their home on Oaktree Court, where Carter's stepfather, Gary Auxier, 60, allegedly shot him in the head with a .44 caliber handgun.
