Kortez Lamar Peoples, an 18-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Maple Heights, Ohio, tragically died on December 7, 2013, at Metro Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. He was born on June 4, 1995, to Rodney Peoples and Pamela Smith. Kortez was a student at Tri C in Cleveland and was a member of the Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church in Blytheville, Arkansas.
