Cory Alexander Blackwell, a 25-year-old African American male from Warren, Ohio, tragically lost his life on January 1, 2013. He was shot and killed outside the Sunset Lounge at 480 East Market Street after attending a New Year's Eve party. Despite a large crowd being present, no one came forward to identify the shooter. Detectives have a suspect but need witness cooperation to proceed with prosecution.
