Loren E. Bollinger, a 40-year-old white male, was tragically found dead on May 23, 1966, in Columbus, Ohio. He was a rocket scientist at Ohio State University and was shot outside his office in downtown Columbus. The incident occurred on May 22, 1966, and Bollinger succumbed to his injuries the following day. Five bullets were extracted from his body, including one that pierced his brain.
