In the early morning hours of November 28, 2022, a violent encounter outside a Lancaster restaurant tragically cut short the life of 29-year-old Luis Oscar Sanchez. The shooting occurred at approximately 1:11 a.m. in the 100 block of South Prince Street, outside the Prince of Subs restaurant.
