Ricardo Orlando Scott, a 42-year-old Jamaican immigrant, was the victim of a fatal shooting on October 1, 2022, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The male father of two was ambushed and killed in a hail of gunfire outside a residence on the 900 block of Marcela Street in the Northeast section of the city. His death left his family heartbroken and searching for answers.
