On a Friday afternoon in September 2022, Tiffany Fletcher, a 41-year-old female employee of the Philadelphia Parks and Recreation department, was tragically killed when she was caught in the crossfire of a gun battle outside the Mill Creek Recreation Center in West Philadelphia.
