In the city of Philadelphia, a 24-year-old Hispanic male named Marc Anthony Santiago-Moyer was tragically killed on the afternoon of Friday, July 15, 2022. He was discovered lying in the street on the 3500 block of Amber Street in the Kensington neighborhood, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Philadelphia Police officers responded to the scene at 4:36 p.m. and quickly transported him to Temple University Hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
