Ahmad N. Abrams, an 18-year-old Black male, was tragically shot and killed on June 18, 2022, in North Philadelphia. Ahmad was a recent high school graduate who had multiple college acceptance letters and was deciding between joining the Navy reserves or attending college. He was shot during a robbery near his grandparents' house on the 1400 block of North 27th Street. Ahmad was transported to Temple University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries later that night.
