On a summer evening in Pittsburgh's Manchester neighborhood, the life of 24-year-old Daevon "Dae Dae" Eggleston, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short. On June 12, 2022, the sound of multiple gunshots pierced the night air, sending residents scrambling for safety. When the chaos subsided, Eggleston was found unconscious on Warlo Street and was pronounced dead at the scene.
