In the late hours of an April evening in 2022, a tragic event unfolded in York, Pennsylvania, that would cut short the life of 30-year-old Miguel M. Roman. On April 13th, at approximately 11:17 p.m., in the 500 block of West Market Street, a violent encounter took place that would also claim the life of 27-year-old Jordan Simpson.
