Khalif Carr-Witherspoon, a 35-year-old Black male, was tragically found shot inside a 2020 Nissan Altima on January 10, 2022, in Philadelphia, PA. Philadelphia Police officers responded to the 6300 block of North Beechwood Street at 9:31 p.m. and discovered Khalif suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
