Christopher William Oakes, a 29-year-old White male, tragically lost his life on December 31, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found lying in the street on the 3000 block of A Street, having been shot in his back. Despite the immediate response from medical personnel, Christopher was pronounced deceased at the scene.
