Dwayne Williams, a 54-year-old man from Darby, PA, tragically lost his life on October 4, 2021. Williams was fatally shot at a SEPTA trolley stop in Collingdale, Delaware County. The incident occurred in the early morning hours, and Williams was found unresponsive at the scene. The medical examiner determined that he died from a gunshot wound to the chest.
