In the late afternoon of May 25, 2021, tragedy struck in Chester, Pennsylvania, claiming the life of 39-year-old Shakeem Fearrington, a Black male. Just after 5:15 p.m., police responded to reports of a shooting on the 900 block of Upland Street.
