Nazbir Chambers, a 21-year-old Black/African American man, was killed on the night of January 5, 2021, in Penn Hills, just outside Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The night was already dark when police were called to the 400 block of Fielding Drive shortly after 11 p.m. for a reported shooting.
