Elisha M. Moses, a 34-year-old Black woman from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically died on June 4, 2020. She was one of two victims in a shooting incident that occurred on Princeton Boulevard in Wilkinsburg, Allegheny County. The other victim, Terrance Carter, a 49-year-old man, also succumbed to his injuries. Both Moses and Carter were found with multiple gunshot wounds and were transported to local hospitals, but unfortunately, they did not survive.
