On a summer evening in 2020, the life of 34-year-old Elisha Marie Moses, a Black female, was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire. The incident unfolded on Princeton Boulevard in Wilkinsburg, a borough bordering Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on what has been reported as both the 4th and 5th of June. Elisha was not the only victim that night; she was found alongside 49-year-old Terrance Lamar Carter. Both had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
