Jessie Ginger Glenn Carbaugh, a 29-year-old male from Biglerville, PA, tragically lost his life on May 23, 2020. Born on June 5, 1990, in Gettysburg, he was the son of Daniel G. Carbaugh of Gardners and Lisa M. Monn of Hanover. The incident occurred in Franklin Township, Adams County, following a verbal altercation. The suspect, Wyatt Lee Rickrode, 26, was identified and arrested on charges of criminal homicide. According to reports, Rickrode shot Carbaugh with a shotgun during the altercation.
