In the quiet evening hours of February 25, 2020, the Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia was shattered by the sound of rapid gunfire. Inside the garage of a home on the 300 block of Dupont Street, 43-year-old I-Dean Fulton, a Black male, was ambushed as he returned home.
