On a November evening in 2019, the life of 25-year-old Darren Foxworth was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire in North Philadelphia. Foxworth, a Black male, was on the 2000 block of North College Avenue when assailants on all-terrain vehicles opened fire. The shooting, which occurred around 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5th, left Foxworth with multiple gunshot wounds.
