On the evening of October 18, 2019, a series of unfortunate events led to the tragic death of 33-year-old Naython Brown, a male from Philadelphia. While driving his white Chevrolet Monte Carlo southbound on Interstate 95, he experienced a flat tire, forcing him to pull over in Chester Township, Pennsylvania. Stranded on the side of the busy highway, Brown was awaiting assistance when he was fatally shot.
