Gregory Ray Wynkoop, a 35-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity from East Franklin Township, tragically died on June 28, 2019, from a single gunshot wound in New Kensington, PA. Wynkoop, a heavy equipment operator, was found shot in and around a vehicle in the 1500 block of Kenva Alley, Arnold, which is between North and McCandless streets. He was pronounced dead about 45 minutes later at Allegheny Valley Hospital in Harrison.
