In the late hours of a Tuesday evening, the community of West Mifflin was shaken by a violent act that claimed the life of a long-time resident. William B. Mosby Sr., a 62-year-old Black male, was discovered in a parking lot on the 1800 block of Homeville Road on May 28, 2019. He had been fatally shot. The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's office pronounced him dead at the scene shortly after 9:30 p.m.
