Raymond Grimes III, a 29-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on April 11, 2019, in Philadelphia, PA. He was walking to his parked car on 9th and Somerset Streets when he was chased by an individual wearing black clothing and a mask. The assailant shot Grimes fourteen times with a .40 caliber gun that had an extended magazine before fleeing the scene.
