On the evening of February 19, 2019, the life of 20-year-old Malik Felipa was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire. A Hispanic male, Felipa was on the 700 block of East Clearfield Street in Philadelphia when the sound of gunshots rang out at approximately 6:49 p.m.
