On the evening of September 28, 2018, Kenyon Allford, a 24-year-old Black male, was caught in a hail of bullets in a drive-by shooting on the 5100 block of Haverford Avenue in Philadelphia. The incident, which occurred at approximately 9:19 p.m., resulted in four people being shot. Allford was struck by the gunfire and found lying in the street by responding Philadelphia Police officers.
