Phillip Anthony Clark, a 44-year-old African American male from Erie, PA, tragically passed away on September 4, 2018. He was fatally shot in his apartment while sitting on the toilet, naked, in the 300 block of West 29th Street. Clark, who had been paralyzed from the waist down since being shot in 1997, was one of two victims in a series of robberies targeting drug dealers in Erie during the summer of 2018.
