On a visit to his aunt's home in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia, 37-year-old Antonio Ashby Baggs, a Black/African American male, was shot and killed on September 1, 2018. Just a couple of hours prior to the tragic incident, at approximately 8:00 p.m., Baggs had arrived in the city from Florida, accompanied by his fiancée and their two children.
