Chelsie Lou Cline, a 25-year-old woman from Melcroft, Pennsylvania, tragically lost her life on January 28, 2018. She was one of four victims in a mass shooting at a car wash in Melcroft. The incident occurred early Sunday morning when a gunman opened fire on the victims, killing Chelsie and three others: Cortney Sue Snyder, Seth Cline, and William Porterfield.
