On what should have been a day of celebration, Anthony 'Wine' Bullock-Fields met a violent and tragic end. It was his 29th birthday, January 17, 2018, when his life was cut short in the Knoxville neighborhood of Pittsburgh. An African American male from the area, he was both shot and then deliberately run over by a vehicle, a brutal sequence of events that unfolded late in the evening.
