In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Philadelphia, on November 5, 2017, the life of 16-year-old Marquez Houston was tragically cut short. A Black male, Houston was an honor roll student and a triplet. Just after midnight, at approximately 12:13 a.m., Philadelphia Police Officers were called to the 2700 block of North 19th Street.
