In the late afternoon of Wednesday, October 11, 2017, a tragedy unfolded on the 3200 block of D Street in Philadelphia that claimed the life of 36-year-old Angel Bermudez. A Hispanic male, Bermudez was found inside his silver 2004 Acura at approximately 4:54 p.m., having sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his head and torso.
Philadelphia Police officers who responded to the scene acted swiftly, transferring Bermudez into their patrol vehicle and rushing him to Temple University Hospital
