In the early evening of April 25, 2017, a burst of violence on a Harrisburg street corner tragically cut short the life of 22-year-old Kodi Flanagan. The young man, a Black / African American male, was shot near the intersection of North 3rd and Muench Streets and succumbed to his injuries a short time later.
