On a Sunday afternoon, April 23, 2017, the life of 26-year-old Hyfez McClain was tragically cut short. At approximately 2:29 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers were called to the 5700 block of McMahon Avenue, where they discovered McClain suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
