On April 12, 2017, a young life was tragically cut short in Allentown, Pennsylvania. George Concepcion, an 18-year-old Hispanic male, was shot and killed in his home in what was determined to be a robbery gone wrong. Concepcion was in the process of selling his Xbox gaming system in an effort to help his family with rent money. This act of responsibility and care for his loved ones ultimately led to a fatal encounter.
